Super lazy for not posting so much! But here is the update about my physical attributes. As many of you know & have known. I have an adorable daughter whose name, Star. At my highest weight, I use to be 190 when I had her...then that generally fallen at a set weight to 160 for awhile, Until I begun to exercise on and off for a year. Then I got stuck at 155 for 2 yrs! So this year I told myself, ENOUGH! I needed to stop being lazy, so I got my butt moving at a slow pace for 3 mos, while eating bad diet, still lost 5 lbs, but I know I coulda lost 10lbs easily if i stuck with healthy eating. But I wanted to take at a slow pace anyway so I still ate bad food during my exercise. So after about 6 mos, I found that i lost another 4lb, but could have lost 20lbs altogether. But noooo, I still kept eating normally. And after 8 mos of exercising with eating normal, I finally lost 10lbs! So then I was finally at 145lbs. I been keeping at this weight for a wk now, and boy is it tough!!
I'm still eating normal, but less portions now and been setting myself new routines every 2 wks, within those time frame been setting with different weights. And for the past week I changed my routine to work on my upper body, since now my lower back has been doing a lot better. With this new change i lost 1.5lb just switching it up because I found that my upper body had more flabs that needed to go. And with that I am starting to see some definition! That is so far what I've been doing. And so with a new weight 143 at my lowest after 8 mos of working out altogether. I'm heading into my new goal at 140lbs.
If you stick through your exercises, you find yourself feeling a lot better & making better choices in your life. This has proven fact at least for me, because having a little dose of Bipolarism - my actions and grace are now in control without taking pills, exercise has given me a new change in myself to embrace the positive outlook in life. And I hope this post has given some of you some motivation in your heart to stick with your goals and don't give up, whatever they may be to journey on a positive path.
Tips: Set a good portion meal, lessen your sodium & sugar intake. Drink lots of water & no soda!
